Once your company is approved to use our hiring pool, the process becomes straightforward. To request staffing, simply send an email with your specific requirements for the project or storm response, including the number of workers needed and the duration of the deployment. Upon receiving your request, we will quickly match your needs with available qualified professionals. A formal contract will then be sent to outline the terms of service on an as-needed basis for each deployment. Please note that there is an annual fee for access to the hiring pool, which provides priority access to our skilled workforce and ensures that personnel can be mobilized swiftly when required. This annual fee helps us maintain a high standard of service and ensures that we are always ready to meet your staffing needs, regardless of urgency.
